Let me introduce myself:

My name is Marco, a certified European tour guide and founder of Valencia IN ENGLISH.

After several years of experience in the tourism field in Prague, I decided to continue my journey here in Valencia by offering guided tours in Italian (my mother-tongue) but also in English

I am passionate about art, history, and culture in all their forms. I enjoy connecting with people and consider myself an empathetic person, able to engage with individuals of all ages. This allows me to adapt tours dynamically to different types of groups.

I love sharing my knowledge with those who, like me, are curious to immerse themselves in local culture. One of my main priorities is to make participants feel comfortable so we can spend enjoyable time together.

I also love traveling and discovering new places, not only by immersing myself in the surrounding culture, but by fully understanding the customs, traditions, and history of its people.

In the same way, I would like you to experience Valencia not through the eyes of a tourist, but through those of a local resident.

I’m Susanna, a certified European tour guide and founder of Valencia IN ENGLISH.

I have a great passion for travel and began working in the tourism industry about 20 years ago, exploring many different aspects of it over time.

After various work experiences in different parts of the world, I decided to settle in Valencia, a city that is always lively and full of light.

My desire to discover and connect with new cultures is my greatest source of energy!

I love culture and strongly believe in sharing it – something I pursue every day with enthusiasm and passion.

One of my greatest wishes is to pass on this energy and curiosity to those who come to discover this beautiful city. So… let’s explore many new and interesting things together! Valencia is waiting for us!

I stumbled across it by chance – and I’d say it was a stroke of luck – but ‘Valencia in Italian’ is really useful. Marco is extremely knowledgeable, as you’d obviously expect from a guide, but he’s also friendly and entertaining. A thoroughly enjoyable two hours that, with verve and a light touch, allow you to get to know the enchanting city of Valencia. I recommend doing it straight away, on the day you arrive!!!

What can I say about Marco? He’s brilliant, knowledgeable, polite and very attentive to his clients’ needs – a real asset! He even gave us some great tips on where to eat – and I’m speaking from personal experience, of course…😉

A tour of Valencia’s old town and a tour of the City of Arts and Sciences. Marco and Susanna were simply brilliant! Marco helped us discover the city in a more authentic way! Susanna managed to make us fall in love with the City of Arts and Sciences by taking us right inside each building with her detailed descriptions! So much passion and, above all, such a lovely pair! Highly recommended!
