Cancellation Policy

All tours are eligible for a 100% refund if cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, with no cancellation fee. After this deadline, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking amount will apply, as specified in the relevant product page.

For tickets and any other services available for purchase on our website, the terms and conditions set out in the respective product page shall apply.

Booking Confirmation

Upon completion of your booking, you will automatically receive, by email, a confirmation of the services purchased together with the corresponding invoice. Please also check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder.

All tours are subject to a minimum of 5 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Valencia IN ENGLISH reserves the right to cancel the tour by providing notice via email or telephone at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Disclaimer of Liability

Valencia IN ENGLISH collaborates with third-party companies for the resale of admission tickets and other services.

Should any of the services included in the tour become unavailable, or should changes to the itinerary be necessary due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, Valencia IN ENGLISH reserves the right to amend the itinerary, schedule, or other operational aspects of the tour in order to ensure its proper execution.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, exceptional weather events, government or local authority restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event that may compromise the safety of participants or prevent the tour from operating, Valencia IN ENGLISH reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the service. In such cases, and at the sole discretion of the organiser, taking into account the nature of the service purchased, the tour may be rescheduled or a full or partial refund may be offered, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred for third-party services.

Valencia IN ENGLISH shall not be held liable if the tour is unable to visit one or more locations included in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, transport delays or cancellations, illness, accidents, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, no refund shall be due for any unused services, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Valencia IN ENGLISH shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or personal injury occurring during the tour, nor for services or activities purchased from third-party providers through our platform.

The purchase of any service through our website or at our meeting point constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
