ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE

If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made, it has been dismissed, you disagree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated if the period of twenty business days has elapsed without obtaining a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Application (Instancia Genérica) of the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. Claims will be received and processed by the Under-secretariat for Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation (Subsecretaría de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
