Where does the tour start?

How long is the tour?

The tour lasts approximately 2 hours. Timing may vary depending on the number of participants, weather conditions, and other factors.

What is the maximum number of participants on the tour?

Valencia in English organizes excursions with a maximum of 20 participants per tour. The guide will always maintain a comfortable tone of voice so everyone can hear without any problems. The average group size is about 15 people.

What is the minimum number of participants for the tour?

A minimum number of 5 adults is normally required for a tour to depart.

Do children on the tour pay?

No, up to and including the age of 12 (not yet 13).

Does the tour also take place on weekends and holidays?

Yes, the tour departs every day, once the minimum number of participants has been reached.

Is the tour reserved for us?

Do I have to book to participate?

While not mandatory, reservations are recommended to ensure availability even in high season and to facilitate the organization of the excursion.

Does the tour include a break?

Can you pick us up at the hotel?

We're sorry, but we don't offer this type of service. We're certainly available to advise you on how to reach our meeting point.

We're running late, can we still catch up with the guide?

The guide will not be able to answer the phone or wait during the tour out of respect for the other participants, but if the delay is not more than 10-15 minutes, you can try to reach him in Plaza de la Almoina.
